There is so much online right now about Nick "Hogan" Bollea's car wreck and the aftermath of the crash, which includes the health of Nick's passenger John Graziano, and the legal ramifications of the accident.

TMZ ran a story about Graziano having just come back from Iraq, which you can read here: Hogan's Injured Buddy Just Back From Iraq - TMZ.com . The story states  The Nick Hogan car crash gravely injured a US Marine who served two tours of duty in Iraq, returning just last October. The St. Petersburg Times reported today that John Graziano, Nick's friend and passenger, joined the corps after graduating in 2003, serving twice in Iraq. The marine is still in "very serious condition," and his health status "hasn't changed since he arrived" at the hospital early Sunday morning. One of the men who found Graziano at the scene was the brother of one of Graziano's best friends. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ -- God forbid -- worst case scenario, Nick Hogan could face charges of gross vehicular manslaughter, if there's proof that alcohol, excessive speeding or drag racing were involved. The maximum sentence is 15 years in prison. Witnesses told the Times that they saw Hogan's Toyota racing a Dodge Viper just before the crash.
 
TMZ also ran a story about Nick's statements regarding his now-demolished Supra being a pussy magnet, which you can read here: Nick Hogan -- My Supra Is "A P***y Magnet" - TMZ.com . The story states Nick Hogan boasted to a magazine not long ago about how girls' panties "start dropping off" at the mere sight of his yellow Supra -- that is, of course, until it ended up in a hideous heap of metal after he totaled it last weekend, leaving his friend John Graziano in very serious condition.

The story states  In the latest issue of Rides Magazine , Nick Bollea told the mag that his yellow Supra gets a lot of pussy. A real charmer that one. Yeah, too bad your pussy magnet is now sitting in a junk yard. "The yellow Supra and yellow Viper are pussy magnets for sure. I mean, the green and the silver appeal more to men, ’cause a guy knows what he’s looking at and will drool over it. But girls see the yellow, and panties start dropping off."  The only girl that I know that drops when she sees yellow is Kim Kardashian and that's for a totally different reason.
Nick also goes on to brag how cops let him go after catching him speeding, "I was driving from Miami to Tampa. I got pulled over going 107 [mph] and the guy let me off. He’s like, “Hey, I know who you are, just keep going, ya know.” Dude, I got back on the road and two minutes later I get pulled over going 113 [mph]. Another highway patrol from the same county said, “I just heard on the radio that my buddy pulled you over and let you go. I’ma let you go this time. It’s your second warning. You get pulled over again, you’re probably going to go to jail.” Three minutes later, [I was] doing 123 [mph] in a 50 [mph zone]. The guy is like, “Hey, I just heard you got pulled over twice in the last 10 minutes. I got to write you a ticket.” I really thought Brooke Hogan was the douche of the family, but now she looks like effin Mother Theresa next to this asswipe.

The story states Francesca Vitalis claims while riding home on a motorcycle with a friend, she witnessed Nick Bollea's yellow Supra racing with a silver Dodge Viper. She said they were going through traffic lights and were clearly in a race. She said, "We knew something was going to happen. You know that this is a bad situation and these guys are hotdogging."  Shortly after, Nick's car crashed into a palm tree. Francesca said she ran to the car and tried to pry open the driver's door, but it was stuck.  Another witness also saw the two cars racing. He said, "It's nothing new to me, so I didn't think, 'Oh, those crazy kids. I thought it was pretty sweet."
