It's been an interesting month for the ex-wives of Steve "Mongo" McMichael. The former Chicago Bear defensive lineman and one-time member of the 4 Horsemen (Ric Flair's personal pick behind the scenes) has seen one ex-wife, Debra Marshall McMichael Williams blast the wrestling industry and another-ex-husband of her's (who just happens to be Stone Cold Steve Austin). Now, The Lake County (Illinois) News-Sun has revealed that Misty McMichael, who is also an EX-Mrs.McMichael, was arrested and charged with drug and gun possession charges following her arrest in the town of Lincolnshire.

The News-Sun has learned that the wife of a former Chicago Bear standout defensive lineman faces drug and gun possession charges following her arrest in Lincolnshire.

Misty McMichael, wife of longtime bear, Steve McMichael was arrested by Lincolnshire police Friday afternoon, following a traffic stop near Milwaukee Avenue and Half Day Road.

Misty, 36, of the 4200 block of North Marine Drive in Chicago was speeding in the area, when her 2003 Cadillac was stopped, said Lincolnshire investigator John-Erik Anderson.
Inside the car police smelled marijuana, and following a search of the vehicle, they found a small amount of pot belonging to her and her passenger, 40-year-old John Zomot, of Chicago, Anderson said.

Police also found a loaded .45 caliber handgun in the car trunk, belonging to McMichael. She did not have a FOID card for the gun, Anderson said.

McMichael did not appear to be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, Anderson said.

Both McMichael and Zomot were charged with unlawful possession of cannabis. McMichael also faces unlawful possession of a firearm and speeding charges. Zomot has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both posted $1,000 personal recognizance bond. They have a Sept. 24 court date in Mundelein.

Anderson said he did not know Zomot's relationship to Misty McMichael.

Steve and Misty McMichael married in 2001. In June the Chicago Sun-Times reported the McMichaels were expecting their first child at year's end.
