has confirmed through several sources that WWE Films presentation of
13 ROUNDS starring John Cena and directed by Renny Harlin will
be released March 13, 2009.
Mr. Kennedy was interviewed by Tom Baines of THE OTTAWA
SUN, and told a hilarious JBL story. According to Kennedy, one of his
favorite memories was "performing in Italy, it might have been
Florence. I was the ring announcer and JBL started singing America
The Beautiful. "The Italians all started singing their national anthem. I
had goosebumps. It felt like the roof was going to blow off. Everybody was
unified ... they all hated us. (JBL) looks at me and say, 'This is
what it's all about kid.' "
