Vince McMahon, we feel your pain. As the global financial crisis continues,
WWE stock closed today at $13.00, down another 64 cents, or 4.69 percent. The
stock went as low as $12.80 today, the 52 week low.
The 52 week high is $19.86, which seems like ages ago, especially for the
McMahon Family.
From www.tmz.com:
Sometimes even when you win, everybody loses. Hustler printed 25-year-old nude
pictures of Nancy Benoit in its March 2008 issue, ten months after she was
killed by her husband, wrestler Chris Benoit. Her family had sued the mag,
claiming it was a violation of privacy. But yesterday, a federal judge
tossed the case, saying the photog and the mag had the right to publish the
pictures -- even if the pics were "offensive and distasteful." Nancy's
family is still considering filing a wrongful death suit against the
WWE.
Our friends at CELEBSLAM have a certain way with words,
and they posted their thoughts on Brooke Hogan officially announcing she's
holding off doing PLAYBOY MAGAZINE. Excellent article, great
Brooke pic, too.
