World Wrestling Entertainment announced on their official website that the company had come to terms on the release of  2005 Diva Search winner and Wrestlemania Playboy cover girl Ashley Massaro. Last week, Ashley claimed on her MySpace blog that she had requested her WWE release due a situation involving her seven year old daughter's health.

Ashley had been linked with high-priced Hollywood escort service "Bella Models" earlier this year.Rolling Stone magazine reported that Ashley was being advertised on the Bella Models site for $25,000 per night. While this was before her entrance into WWE, it became a major public relations nightmare for Massaro, who at first lashed out against the reports, but then backed off and simply stopped discussing the matter.
