A scaffolding collapse that occurred after last night's TNA ppv had resulted in tragedy.

 

An as-of-yet unidentified crew worker was on top of the scaffold that collapsed. He hit the concrete, was rushed to DeSoto Hospital and died at the hospital.

 

A second crew member who is believed to have been working underneath when the scaffolding collapse occurred has apparently lost a thumb.
