Q: Can you describe your training camp leading up to the fight?
A:  I had to move my camp a couple of hours away and up in Northern Minnesota and we're on the backwoods for about eight-and-a-half, nine weeks and kind of just away from the outside world. And all that we had was (Randy Couture IUFC fight videos) and Randy Couture books to read.  So we got to know Randy pretty well.

Q: What do you think are your disadvantages leading into the fight?
A: I think he's got some ideas to nullify me and my weaknesses, which I don't think I have too many. If I expose any weaknesses against Heath Herring, we fixed them.

Q: What did you learn from letting Frank Mir off the hook in your UFC debut?
A: Well, I didn't let Frank Mir off the hook. Frank caught me fair and square, but you know I learned to just to relax and to control a fight. I've got 15 minutes to win a fight, which I proved against Heath Herring.

Q: Randy has obviously competed in front of packed crowds before, but the crowds in the WWE are huge on a regular basis. Do you think the crowd will give you an advantage on the day?
A: Absolutely. You know I've had the opportunity to wrestle in front of 72,000 people.  Once again, you know, it's entertainment, but you're still in front of that large crowd.  I've headlined many pay-per-views and this'll just be another one.  

Q: Did you train for a ground war?
A: In this day and age, you have to be well rounded in this fight game. I mean I just can't rely on my wrestling skills. Randy is a great dirty boxer, and he's great inside.

Q: Are you at the peak of your potential, or do you still have some way to go?
A: I'm a hundred percent.... everybody's always said Randy Couture's got great conditioning.  Well, we're going to test that.... I've got to push around 230 pounds, and Randy's got to push around 275 pounds.  

Q: Lastly, do you have any concerns about facing a legend like Randy Couture?
A: I have none.
