The pressure continues to mount for the Bollea-Hogan Family as the Hulkster's son has had his drivers license suspended.  The August 26th car wreck that left Iraqi War Veteran John Graziano in critical condition continues to have a long ranging effect on all parties involved.

Many feel there is no way the reality series HOGAN KNOWS BEST can continue with the seriousness of the situation. No decision has been announced yet by VH1, which airs the show.

MyFoxTampa (http://www.myfoxtampabay.com/myfox/pages/News/Detail?contentId=4978848&version=1&locale=EN-US&layoutCode=TSTY&pageId=3.2.1) reported the following:

CLEARWATER - The first punishment for Nick Hogan came Monday. Florida officials announced his license has been suspended for two reasons.

The first is they say he had alcohol in his system when he crashed his car. While he wasn't legally drunk, because he's a minor, his license was automatically suspended for one year.

Hogan's license was also suspended indefinitely because officials say he failed to pay the fine for a traffic ticket he got earlier this year.

If he pays that fine, then he'd be back to the one-year suspension on the first charge.

It was back on August 26 when Nick's yellow Toyota Supra veered out of control and slammed backwards into a palm tree on Court Street in Clearwater.

The 17-year-old was not badly hurt, but passenger John Graziano -- a 22-year-old Marine combat veteran -- had to be cut from the car and remains hospitalized.

Clearwater police say the younger Hogan was speeding, and charged him with felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury.

The outcome of those charges is still pending.

At the time of the crash, Nick was driving with a restricted license that only allowed him to drive during the day. Graziano, a former member of Nick's racing pit crew, was in the passenger seat but not wearing a seatbelt.
