An impressive finish of Antonio Rodrigo Noguiera will earn Randy Couture a rematch against UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar. Dana White has promised that the winner of the October fight between Cain Velasquez and Shane Carwin will get a world title shot; we’ve confirmed with both fighters  that it’s a championship contender’s bout. Randy Couture certainly isn’t getting any younger, however, and if you’re going to do the big-money Lesnar rematch it’s probably best to do it as soon as possible. The first Lesnar/Couture fight did big business at the box office, but Zuffa believes a rematch would do even better.
